The short version, first.
Your details go to the builder we match you with, and nobody else. Ever.
We do not sell enquiry data. We do not run a lead auction. We do not pass your details to a fourth builder, a finance broker, an insurer or a marketing list. This is a commitment, not a description of current practice that might change.
What we collect. What you tell us in the match form: build type, location, budget range, timeframe, whether you have the land, and your name, email and optionally phone.
What we do with it. We use it to work out which verified builder is best suited to your brief. Nothing is sent to any builder until we have made our recommendation and you have said you want to talk to them.
Who sees it. Only the builder we recommend, and only once you have told us you want to speak to them. If we have nobody verified for your job, your brief goes to no one at all.
How long we keep it. Retention period to be confirmed before launch.
Your rights. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Australian Privacy Principles apply. Full policy to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
