What a verification record contains
- Registered entity and ABN
- Builder licence number and issuing regulator
- Licence class, and the date we last checked it
- Public liability confirmation
- Warranty or indemnity cover for their state
- Years trading, build types and areas actually serviced
- A link to the regulator's own lookup, so you can repeat the check
