What verification requires
We check these before you are listed, and re-check on a schedule. It is the whole product, so it is not negotiable.

- Builder licence number and the regulator that issued it
- Licence class appropriate to the work
- Current public liability insurance
- Home warranty or indemnity cover as your state requires
- The areas you actually service
- Build types you take on, and your typical price band

What does it cost?
Nothing up front. We charge a success fee only when a homeowner signs a contract with you — the same rate for every builder in the network, payable only once you sign. If they do not sign, you pay nothing.
Do you sell the same enquiry to six builders?
No. A homeowner is matched with the one builder best suited to their brief — someone we have already confirmed services that area and builds that type. There is no auction and no bulk resale.
What do I have to provide to be verified?
Your registered entity and ABN, your builder licence number and the regulator that issued it, evidence of public liability and the warranty or indemnity cover your state requires, and the areas you actually service.
Can I pay for better placement?
No. There is no premium tier and no featured placement. The rate is the same for every builder in the network, so there is nothing to buy.
What happens if my licence lapses?
You come off the network until it is current again. We re-check on a schedule, and the date of the last check is published on your profile.
